1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Broken Bow Ranch website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Broken Bow Ranch offers trail rides, riding lessons, events, and related equestrian experiences at 1755 E. Malloy Bridge Rd, Seagoville, TX 75159. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are required for all trail rides, lessons, and events. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and cash on-site. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the booking fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Horseback riding and related equestrian activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, kicks, and unpredictable animal behavior. By participating in any activity at Broken Bow Ranch, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating. Broken Bow Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities.

6. Health and Safety Requirements

All riders must wear appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes with a heel). Helmets are available upon request. Participants must disclose any physical limitations or medical conditions that may affect their ability to ride safely. Broken Bow Ranch reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a safety risk to themselves, other participants, or the horses.

7. Age and Weight Requirements

Riders must be at least 7 years of age to participate in trail rides. Weight limits may apply for the safety of our horses. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns.

8. Photography and Media

By visiting Broken Bow Ranch, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before your visit.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
